Return Window
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Eligible Returns
• Home essentials in unused, resalable condition
• Items with original tags and packaging intact
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
• Items marked as final sale
• Gift cards or digital products
How to Return
1. Submit a return request through your account dashboard or contact our support team
2. We will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label
3. Pack your item securely in its original packaging
4. Ship within 3 business days of receiving return authorization
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, colour or product, please indicate this in your return request. We will process your exchange as soon as we receive the original item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
