At Apex Arabia, we curate home essentials from around the world and deliver them to your door across the UAE.

Delivery Timeline
Standard delivery takes 5-7 days from the date your order is confirmed. In some cases, orders may arrive sooner. We process all orders within 2–3 business days and send you tracking information as soon as your package ships.

Large & Customized Items
Larger items or customized pieces may require up to 60 days for delivery as they are made to order. We will notify you of extended timelines at checkout and keep you updated throughout the process.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order total. We offer free shipping on orders over AED 300.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email and SMS with tracking details. You can monitor your delivery status through your account dashboard or by using the tracking link provided.

Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to all Emirates across the UAE. If you have specific delivery instructions, please add them at checkout or contact our support team.
